Transferred all my prescriptions here from SDM. Initially they didn't all come across. Staff checked into it, fixed it and called me to tell it's all done. Wow! Never got that kind of service with SDM!
Went in to look for a sling for my arm. The lady in the store was super helpful and not only suggested a product but let me try it on and adjusted it. Ladies were all super nice. Will be back.
This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to , they are so ignorant well Brenda or Debra I think her name is ,is the most ignorant person I've met, I went 6 times and everytime she charged me a different amount for my medication, then I find out she does it to other people too, she's obviously stealing money from people. She also messed up my medication and when I could prove it with reciets she still wouldn't admit she was wrong instead got mad and made ignorant comments under her breath, now I go elsewhere and I'm not the only person who's had these problems with her so if you like getting robbed and your medication messed with then this is the pharmacy for you.
Worse place in Durham , no ethics at all just off the Camel :( Charged twice service fee for one prescription. Where are your ethics? Fraudsters! Go elsewhere.
My wife and I have been with this pharmacy for many years now. Nothing but great service, caring staff, they fill your prescriptions quickly and have great hours....and anyone will answer questions..? We are very happy and find them to be very helpful and friendly. If you are unhappy with your current pharmacy, try Pickering Medical Pharmacy. You'll never look back.
Went here to get some blood work and the Phlebotomists was very kind! She was very funny while professional and she even took the time to explain the blood work Iw as getting done.As for the pharmacy. Dr. Raut, Abishek was very unprofessional, rude and spiteful. I had developed a rash and he didnt even take a look. It wasnt even hives I just devolved pigments on my neck and what did he do?? He prescribed 5 pills of PREDNISONE. It is a powerful steroid used to treat Urticaria. I do not know what brought him to do this but I sure as hell did not take it. He did prescribe Citrizone which I did take. As soon as I got home I contacted my Doctor who told me TO NOT TAKE THE PREDNISONE! She was very shocked to hear about this. I am very disappointed by the lack of attention and hospitality.
Registered here to see walk in doctor there was 0 people ahead of me and the doctor pulled me in right away however the pharmacy sucks do NOT use the pharmacy

What is the point in going if they cant help you? Im I. Excruciating pain as I was injured at work. They cannot provide care or fill out any paperwork. Complete waste of time and effort.
