The doctor speaks quite loudly with patients, which can feel uncomfortable. The examination did not feel thorough, and he was not very willing to answer questions, suggesting that I speak to my family doctor instead. He also prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid, and an inhaler without much explanation. I would have appreciated clearer communication and more detailed care. Front desk staff and pharmacy staff is excellent
I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. The doctor was kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. The pharmacist was helpful and explained everything clearly, and the receptionist was welcoming and efficient, making the visit smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional care.
This was such a horrific experience. The man who saw me (yes, the man because he does not deserve the title of a doctor) did not ask any questions about my symptoms, was extremely rude and proceeded to get louder every time I asked a question and wrapped up my appointment in less than 2 minutes. When I asked him why he wanted to prescribe me with something, he gave me a whole lecture on how he is the doctor and I shouldn’t be questioning him. Our meeting quite literally ended with him telling me to “get lost”. If you have an ounce of self respect, do not go to this facility. If this pharmacy cares about their business not collapsing, find another doctor.
The doctor is very rude hear I had to go EMR for high blood pressure I asked him to fill out some ODSP froms he yelled at me asking me why I had to go EMR for and he won't fill out some froms I ask very nicely for for the pharmacy people are nice the doctor is rude .....
I absolutely love this pharmacy! The service is always exceptional, but what really stands out to me is how patient and kind the pharmacist is. Every time I visit, they take the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and never make me feel rushed. It’s so rare to find such personalized and caring service these days.
Had an amazing experience today and such a professional and caring pharmacist Waseem. He was able to coordinate a phone call consultation and even offered to stay late past close so I could pick up a prescription. When is the last time you have received that kind of customer service since covid. This is the only place I will come from now on.....
If I could give this pharmacy a 10 star I would. We just moved to Pickering and had to use a new pharmacy, believe me when I say, I've never met such a KIND, COMPASSIONATE, CARING pharmacist like Baig Waseem!!! He wants to help anyone and everyone who calls him or walks in. He will answer any question and help you with WHATEVER your medical needs are. Thank you Mr. Waseem. You are in the perfect field.
