Refuse to take returns for online. Website never mentions opened item gently used cannot b return instore. Train your staff. All so rude. Wil not come this location NEVER
The cashier at the front Marcia. Beyond rude and unprofessional. She practically accused me of lying when I told her the product I was buying had $9 off (it was not showing when she scanned it). And proceeded with yelling at me to go pay somewhere else. To the store manager: there are thousands of people looking for jobs. Why would you keep someone like Marcia, treating customers like pile of garbage when you can have someone else with the proper attitude required for that position?

Visited tonight Oct 27/2025 to pickup an item was holder for me by " Christina ", very polite well mannered and helpful, she find the item and hold for me while I was on phone, Went to pickup the item greeted with a smile by "Julia" She explained me about the price and other options as well, very helpful , listen to me eith patience and smile very good experience Thank You Girls
So disappointing as I always have to go in directly to the pharmacy because their phone system is garbage. No mater which numbers you chose to get a pharmacy person, rings 4 times go directly to you on hold yet waiting ... bs
My experience at the this shoppers was absolutely distasteful. As soon as I entered the store, I noticed an employee watching me closely. As I walked through the aisles, I was followed, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was not approached for assistance, yet I was constantly monitored as if I were suspicious. This was not the case for other shoppers around me. I faintly overheard A taller heavy set white woman with grey speak into her walker talkie to alert corresponding staff to “ keep an eye” on me. Although I did not speak up at the time as I was shocked and at a loss for words, I felt deeply uncomfortable and left my products at the store . Staffing needs to do better and not discriminate based on what they “THOUGHT” they saw, especially considering I am a black woman. Do better
Michelle in the beauty department is absolutely the worst for customer service. She is rude and doesn’t bother to listen to you. Went in tonight to claim a gift set where all you had to do was bring in the slip that came with the package and claim your selected cologne. We were talking to another helpful clerk in the store, Michelle (overhearing this) budded in and insisted that that a receipt was required and wasn’t even bothering to listen to us. Even though this set was brought with the old policy where a receipt is in fact not needed. She was absolutely condescending and not willing to listen. She just wanted to keep reiterating her point and then walked away. We felt profiled and not respected. After driving back home, getting the receipt and returning back, we were then told by another (much more helpful and understanding rep) that we did indeed did not need a receipt as it was purchased under the old policy. We spent time and money to make an extra unnecessary trip, all the while being talked down on and being poorly treated by Michelle. Absolutely absurd. Maybe employees should take time to actually understand the policy before misleading the customer. We never asked for Michelle’s “help” in the first place, she just inserted herself where she wasn’t involved and she was just the worst person to deal with. All other clerks/ reps were very friendly and respectful. A complaint will be filed with corporate regarding Michelle’s unprofessional behaviour.
