What makes Durham Drugs stand out Zaina went out of her way to locate my cancer medicine from the manufacturer because it was out of stock at all pharmacies. The generic brand gave me too many side effects but Durham her Drugs were able to bring me the brand that gave me less side effects.

so apparently there’s no clinic on Wednesday’s Walked in about 9:35, they open 9:30 & when asked for clinic they said no clinic today… no signs nothing online stating that. First & last time I’ll try this place.

Great experience with the walk-in. Definitely would recommend over the Durham Urgent Care located in 1101 Kingston Road. Prompt and professional response and service.

Didn’t even spend a minute waiting. Doctor Tadros is very friendly and knowledgeable. We came with two different issues, one of which is quite rare, and he provided thesaurus information and advise on them both. We really appreciate his help today.

My wife needed a tetanus dose, went to this walk-in clinc, they charged us $60 for the dose. I asked them that this should be covered under OHIP, they LIED that it is not covered. After doing some research later, I realized that since this is a private pharmacy they dont receive Public funded vaccine. Ethically, this pharmacy should have educated me better so that I could avail OHIP benefits. Shame on them for being greedy!

We are sorry for the Experience you had . The Tetanus shots in the pharmacy are not funded by the ministry of health . After reviewing your experience with the Doctor in the Tele clinic and the pharmacist in duty everything was Mentioned and documented . You decided to take the dose in the pharmacy and signed the consent form. We hope to serve you better next time.
