They have been my family pharmacy for many years. They really came thru for me today. I needed an antibiotic today and they were nice enough to fill it for me even though they were closing. May Allah bless them prosperity. Ameen
We have been going there for over 30 years and will not go to any other pharmacy even though many are closer. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they always go the extra. They ensure you understand what the medication is for and how to take it. And they always have a smile.
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. When they’re busy all of the staff remain friendly and helpful. When there’s a lull everyone is more than happy to engage in conversation and assist you with all of your needs. This is a business that is a family.
Been going there since they opened. In the past year for every prescription I've been told it will take 1-2 hours. Being from ajax it's a complete waste of time. Had a urgent situation and my doctor rushed a prescription for pain killers, just to be told they are to bust to prepare it for the next 2 hours and all prescriptions are urgent. And to top it off, after 2 requests they will always give me generics even though I'm fully covered. Think they make more off of them.
My experience at this pharmacy has always been positive. I always get greeted when I enter and have always left with a smile on my face. Ali has been very helpful throughout my experiences and has always aided with any questions. Very helpful people and a great atmosphere… 10/10 would recommend!!
So glad I happened upon this pharmacy after driving around to three other ones looking for an antibiotic prescription for my son. The pharmacist and staff were wonderful, helpful and informative as far as what I could expect from the medication for my son. I appreciated their empathy and quick service and I would certainly return back. The pharmacist even recommended I call him back later in the week to let him know how my son was responding to the medicine, so that's truly going the extra mile. Thanks!
