My wait time today for an Amoxicillin is 1 hour and 15 minutes. First, they forgot about my prescription after asking me to come back after 1/2 hour and then they said 20 minutes but I am still waiting and it’s been another 40 minutes already! I think time to change the pharmacy!

I went in looking for some skin products with my daughter. Manahil at the Cosmetics counter was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and detail oriented. She made sure we got the right products for our needs and took her time. What a great experience! Thank you!

Friendly, efficient, and well organized. I was picking up a prescription, and they came to the counter immediately found my prescription handed it to me. Just the way you expect the pharmacy to act. They always treat me with respect and take time to answer all my questions.

I am confused 3 months ago I took my daughter in to get a B12 shot service was great no questions asked today I went in with her was told there is a$20.00 charge was not ask d for 3 months ago also was told the serum was only good for 28 days which again was not done for by her doctor

I spent $300 in gift cards at the store. All of the gift cards say there is nothing on them! I bought them as Christmas gifts for family and friends…how embarrassing! What’s worse is when I brought them back to the store with the receipt they said they have nothing to do with it! They gave me a number to call but it’s impossible to get through, no one answers! I will not give any business to this store ever again, regardless of what the item is! They sold me the faulty gift cards they should be responsible for this!

I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at the Steeple Hill Shoppers Drug Mart, particularly involving the pharmacist Ayesha. This incident not only highlights severe disorganization and inefficiency but also raises concerns about potential unethical practices at this location. I initially booked an online appointment for 6:00 PM to receive travel-related vaccinations. However, the appointment seemed meaningless, as I did not leave the pharmacy until after 7:00 PM. Despite booking in advance and arriving on time, the staff, including Ayesha, appeared completely unprepared. When I arrived, no one seemed to know anything about my file or the scheduled appointment. I was forced to explain the situation again and wait an additional 45 minutes before finally receiving the vaccinations. This delay was the culmination of a series of missteps that began after my travel consultation. During the consultation, Ayesha informed me that the required medication would need to be ordered and assured me I would be contacted when it arrived. However, I received no follow-up. After two days of silence, I called the pharmacy myself, only to be told that the medication had arrived but had been inexplicably placed on hold by another pharmacist. When I spoke to Ayesha about this, she claimed to have no idea why the order was on hold and offered no apology or explanation for the delay. To make matters worse, Ayesha failed to inform me about additional charges that were later added to the total bill. These charges were neither explained during the consultation nor itemized on the receipt, leaving me feeling deceived and overcharged. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about whether this location is deliberately exploiting customers through hidden fees. The inefficiency and lack of accountability at this location are part of a broader pattern of poor service. The pharmacy is consistently disorganized, with frequent delays and miscommunication. The store itself is often chaotic, with misplaced or unavailable products, and checkout lines are excessively long due to insufficient staffing. Customer service is similarly substandard. On multiple occasions, staff have been indifferent and unhelpful. For instance, when I sought assistance locating a product, I was merely pointed in a vague direction with no effort made to help. These behaviors, combined with the issues I experienced with Ayesha, suggest systemic problems at this location. This recent experience has left me unwilling to return to the Steeple Hill Shoppers Drug Mart for any future needs. I will also be sharing my experience through reviews to warn others about the poor service and lack of professionalism. The lack of preparedness for my scheduled appointment, combined with hidden charges and unexplained delays, suggests a disregard for customers and, potentially, deliberate exploitation. I strongly urge your team to address the following immediately: 1. Investigate the pharmacy’s operational practices, particularly the mismanagement of appointments and delays. 2. Review the conduct of Ayesha and other staff, including the lack of transparency about additional charges. 3. Implement stricter policies for ensuring that appointments are honored and customers are informed of all charges before payment. 4. Conduct a comprehensive review of the staffing, management, and customer service practices at this location to restore trust and accountability. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Splendid service! From 5 stars to 1 star Edit: I have been coming here for 20 years. The pharmacy is completely effed up now. The pharmacist is ignorant and careless"It will be 5 mins." then he gave me attitude for asking what was up, after an hour of sitting there. This from a script that was faxed in a day before. Bring the old crew back. Absolutely disgusting attitude.
