Went for a bunch of upgrades on my honda civic. Spent more than 10k for upgrades. I never do bad reviews for businesses for their mistakes however this place had very dishonest people, zero accountability and they take your patience for granted.
very negative experience with Velocity Performance. When they set up my financing, someone was added as a co-signer on my loan without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized anyone to be added. This created a serious mess with the lender and forced me to file a police report. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Be very careful with any paperwork you sign here.
I’m honestly really impressed with my first service through this mechanic. You couldn’t even tell a technician sat in my car, as it was left spotless. No removable paper insert on the floor mat, plastic steering wheel cover or seat cover.. yet there wasn’t a single trace. When a mechanic respects your vehicle.. you know they are worth bringing your business to. I supplied the parts as I intended on doing the repair myself, but I recently hurt my shoulder. Called them just before they opened and they got me in same day. I accidentally grabbed a bag of spark plugs from my parts order and put them in with the control arms, and they asked before just proceeding with installing. I never knew that Pickering would have a mechanic of this quality, but I’m glad I found it.
I'm anal about my car and hard to find people you can trust. They got the job done on time and communicated about the progress.I had a pleasant experience with them and would bring my BMW M2 back for work if ever needed.
Yoooooo let me tell you, these guys know their stuff, my 2018 dodge grand caravan needed some work done , new engine plus more . Service is top notch here. Big up Anthony and the crew at velocity. Car sounds amazing had a little extra sumn sumn done to the exhaust. Wheeeeeeew let me tell you boyyyyyyyy.Not your average caravan . From the moment I walked in to get it fixed till the point I went to pick it up,awesome service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
