A colleague recommended Master Mechanic, and I can see why she's been bringing her car here for years. Scott is down-to-earth and honest. I brought my Jeep in this morning for a tire repair - I had tried to plug the hole myself from the outside, but was still dealing with a slow leak. Scott's team inspected it and explained that the rubber piece I inserted wasn't deep enough. Instead of upselling, Scott suggested they simply re-plug it from the outside (I initially requested they fix it from the inside), assuring me it would do the job and save me money. I agreed, and they had me in and out within 45 minutes of their 8am opening. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Jeep here again. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Not impressed, made appointment 3 weeks ago for tire change and oil change. I even called few days prior to confirm. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment. Was told i would have to wait 2 hrs for truck to get in. I told them they could have the courtesy to call me ahead if you couldn't do the work. Lot of other cars ahead of me probably walk in or favorism. What's the purpose of making appointment? I wouldn't recommend thus place. Disappointed..
Went to this guy 30 min before closing i asked him if he can check my car tire it's deflating air fast this guy tells me come back tuesday and leave the car there & they will check it. Next day i went to an auto shop in Scarborough busy place they fixed my tire in 10min.
This is hands down The place to take all my vehicles. They are very courteous and friendly. They are more importantly, honest and only fix the things that need to be fix. They will also tell me about anything I should be fixing in the near future. I trust them.
I got an oil change, front bulb replacement and snow tires put on. They have honest pricing and very friendly staff. Scott even bought me a coffee as I didn't have any cash on me! I will definitely be coming back for any other work I need done on my car, these guys were great.
I've been going to Erik for car repair for a long time(I think he was just out of school). What I like it that he's honest. No make work projects with him. So in the long run it's a better price then others. He even tells me when the car is not worth fixing. I recommend him to all my friends.
