I made an appointment on Monday may 11 early in the morning for may 15 . They called me today may 14 at 4:30 to tell me that they can’t take me for tomorrow the 14 because they to busy. Why make an appointment if you cannot do it. Thy suck the way the talked to me there was not even a sorry. Well I will let the community know about this place so they don’t have to face the same thing that I did. No star of them .
They have been taking care of all of our family vehicles for forever. I think they are the best in Durham hands down. I recommend them always as I find them professional, honest and they do excellent work!
Was told afterwards they have an old alignment machine that could not print before and after specifications, although I requested it before the alignment service was performed. The steering wheel was not perfectly straight afterwards and it took some deliberating for them to adjust it at my request as I was told “they cannot put anymore time into it”. Appointments simply mean you drop the vehicle off and they do it when they can. Overall not the best service around.
Extraordinary poor service , professionalism and communication skills makes this garage on to pass on. A multitude of excuses, mis-truths and outright lies led to me removing my vehicle before any service had been done. To be fair, I was told to drop off before 8 and it would go right in. Called at 10:30 to check on progress and told someone would return my call. No one did. Called back at 1, was told vehicle still in parking spot, time to enter the shop was unknown. Walked down to get vehicle from shop, was berated by shop staff. Wife had to walk out as she did not believe we deserved the condescending tone set by the shop I wouldn’t pay for this type of attitude and service from any service center . You shouldn’t either
Fast and Friendly work, always find a way to accommodate and make it work for my schedule. I bring all my family vehicles here and will continue to do so, Keep it up
We have a full fleet of vehicles that need to be on the road Monday to Friday every week, we rely on R&G to make sure that all of our trucks are running so we can be running. Always friendly, always on time, and honestly the best around. They have a great staff, and they're reliable, they will be honest about what is a necessity for you to keep your truck on the road, and when the case arises that your truck is in longer, they have a rental service onsite! Definitely go here whenever you need to rent, or fix anything.
