This review is way overdue….kind of like that oil change I kept putting off. I’ve been bringing my cars (and my family’s) here for years: Acuras, BMWs, Hondas, volvos, Jeeps…basically, if it has wheels, they’ve saved me from breaking it. No job is too big, too small, or too weird. Honestly, they’re one of the few shops that won’t make your wallet cry unnecessarily. I heard about SKS Auto from a friend and decided to give them a try! I had to change my brakes and rotors. Their service was amazing and great, very friendly, nice people and they liked to give some knowledge about the service they are providing to you.I will definitely be using them in the future for any car issues that come up
Hello my name is Mark & I just felt it proper to write about SkS Auto to give a little bit of my own personal experience regarding me & my vehicle. Well I own a 2010 Dodge Charger 2.7 average run of the mill car but I like it, anyways I started having problems with it(& I should say that I didn't even own the car for a year yet) so back to the problems Engine Problems with it losing acceleration, it lagging, & it turning off on me when I sometimes try to start it up. So I & a friend looked up various mechanic shops but decided to go with SKS. Well without going into the things I did to make it run nice(upkeep & other repairs) I felt I was starting to have a decent car...Well the Motor was going on me & it wasn't to much signs that it was that happening. Anyways I got it towed to SKS by CAA & he said give him a day or 2 to really look over the car(because the information given to me by other mechanic's were(unsettling, & confusing to the gentleman that spoke with who is now going to deal with it.) Brownie Pts Right there in my books. So(*hope he doesn't mind me using his name lol) So Joseph did his due dilagence & did as he said he really gave it the once over & told me that the motor is pretty much gone & explained Everything in Great Detail to me. More Pts. again in my books because he really did an amazing job letting me know everything. Now it's my decision with the info he has told me, what I want 2 do with it...now the reason that made me feel compelled to write this was Joseph's HONESTY/CONCERN/his HARD EFFORT/his TRUTH & BOTTOM LINE/ & most of all his PATIENTS, & willingness to try his best to help me out. Man I tell you I never felt more comfortable with my car in ANYONE'S hands more than I did with Joseph & SKS. They really are a GREAT Stand up type of group/shop/people/Business?...now I would recommend this Auto Mechanic's Shop to anyone & everyone, they are to me "a down to earth, reasonable, & very forthright with the way they treat you, & your automobile. They even let me keep my car there until I was ready and able to have it moved again(*Kind & Patient). Thanks SKS AUTO, you definitely made a new customer out of me?....Oh & P.S. ***SKS HAD NO IDEA that i was going to write this, & do this gesture, but I think they deserve it, we need more honest & helpful Shop's such as this around?✌ thanks again. These guys are awesome. Fair prices and honest feedback. If you come in for a brake job they will tell you honestly if you need back and front or just one set. They are not here to rip you off but to honestly help. I can't say enough about these guys. They are my new mechanics for life. Already sent a bunch of folks over for work. Honest guys making an honest living. Top marks!!!
Sam is a great mechanic, very efficient and timely. We have brought our Escalade to him a few times now and he squeezes us in with little notice. I am happy to say his prices are fantastic and we now have somebody who knows exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend him!!! (Work repaired to date so far has been all new brake lines , new gas lines, headlights, and sensor issue)
I encountered an unexpected problem with my suspension and happened to be around SKS Auto Repair. I met Sam, the owner, who immediately inspected my suspension and told me the problem within minutes. He was flexible and completely worked around my busy schedule. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and took the extra step to check everything else to make sure I had no other problems. Sam is very nice, knowledgable and honest mechanic and deals with high end german vehicles. I would recommend him to anyone for any needs on their vehicles!
