Excellent experience at this place! I needed new all-season tires ASAP. I had no idea about tires and after calling around, the tech at OK Tires was able to explain the different options and order what I needed. The service was quick and they even identified a big problem that they were able to correct. I was offered a loner car while mine was in the shop and was provided with regular updates as promised. I was really impressed! I would certainly go back for any work needed. Their knowledge and kindness was greatly appreciated so much so that I have recommended them to family and friends!
Took my car in for an alignment., was told they will try their best. Got car back and wasn’t aligned properly. After checking tire pressure I realized these guys don’t know what they’re doing. All my tire pressure was low, and in order to do a good alignment you have to inflate tires to proper air pressure
Had tires installed and balanced on my black rims, they used silver balance weights, should have used black!! Disappointed considering they bill themselves as a Tire shop. Did a good job and price was fair, just hate seeing those silver weights on my black wheels!
Awesome staff, Shaun was super helpful. Only removing the one star due to lack of mask usage inside the building (not gonna name names, the person in question was nice but masks should be worn almost 24/7 especially when interacting with customers)

Had a puncture fixed a year ago and still holding up well. More recently went in to get all my wheels balanced. The tires are balanced properly as all steering wheel vibration has disappeared but had some other concerns: 1. Got home and front right wheel weight was barely hanging on. Hammered it back and put some super glue to ensure it doesn't come off again. 2. Left side front and rear tires were swapped which I had to switch back to their correct position. 3. Had asked for the lugs to be torqued to 85 ft-lbs since the manufacturer of my car recommends that. Was told they do it to 100 but will specially do it to 85 for me. When I went to swap the left tires in their correct spot, lugs were clearly tighter (my torque wrench opened them at 105 ft-lbs). Shawn the owner called me back soon after I left my original review to ask how he could rectify the issue. Gave him some additional feedback which he said he will implement, so I believe it was an honest mistake.
