Extremely poor customer service, refused to do a flush for the heat radiator core despite me requesting that they do this because "they've never seen this on this car" and didn't want to take their time to do this because they didn't believe me but was willing to try and get me to pay over $700 for a new thermostat even though he'd not looked to see if the thermostat was broken or to see what the actual issue was. I booked an appointment for my heat to be looked at and fixed, they didn't even do a proper diagnostic of everything and telling me over and over that they didn't know because they didn't look at that. What was the point of advertising and booking an appointment for a heat repair when you refuse to actually look over everything and fix the issue. Brought my car to a trusted shop in my actual area and within 45 minutes the issue was found and the heater core indeed just needed to be flushed like I had originally told them, don't waste your time booking an appointment here. Complete waste of my time and money, just save your time and go somewhere else for anything above a simple tire change.
He tried to pressure sale me, and saying I'm wasting his time for asking prices if im not going to buy the parts. I don't know if I can afford it unless I hear the price first, duh! Hes blurting out answers to questions I'm not asking, so the whole process took way longer. It wasn't busy (no one in the front area except him leaned way back in the lobby chair), he's web surfing on his phone and the garage itself was half empty. Yet when a customer asks pricing, it's "wasting his time"? That's his job! He claims to be the owner. If he was the owner it's even more pitiful that he doesn't understand basic business of telling prices. Then he assaults me by rushing me, yelling & swearing. Does the owner expect the customer to know how much Midas charges? Is there anyone in the world who buys things without knowing the price? He was doing nothing and still complaining. Do your job!! Asking for prices is a worldwide standard, Karen.
This is my second Midas that I went to for an emergency single tire swap and balance. The first one didn't even bother to see if the bays were full (they were free back there). This one, the reception provided me with prompt service, and was able to put me in as another technician was finishing up. Exceptional service!
Coupd have coffee while I waited. Didnt have to wait too long while they showed special attention to my car and I left with a smile for them going above and beyond
Shop Manager never has the time of day for you. Good spot if you just need an in out oil change but if you need something looked at or major work go to a local guy who will take care of you.
You guys are highway robbery ! Went in to get my car certified. There was nothing wrong with car . And when I left the place an engine light was on that makes a terrible beeping noise . If you guys thought I was coming back to pay 2500 in damages that you caused you ought a be crazy . Not to mention the 2 hour wait time and terrible customer service ! You ought to be ashamed of yourselfs.
