Had a vehicle emergency over 400km from home. Its hard finding a mechanic on a Saturday afternoon who is even open, let alone willing to take in emergency work but A Good 1 Mechanic was there to save the day. His shop looked like it was full of work but he still took the time to help us out-of-towners who were in a bad jam. A Good 1 Mechanic went above and beyond making countless phonecalls to locate the part needed to repair my vehicle and get us home safely. They salvaged what could have been a birthday trip nightmare into a great weekend. Wish I could give them more stars. Thanks again A Good 1 Mechanic, you really are, one of the good ones.
Doug is very knowledgeable, tells you exactly what's needed and gives you a fair price. Then when you go to pay the bill, he manages to beat his own quote by a significant amount, while also taking care of a couple small things on top. And he was able to schedule me in the next day for getting the work done. Highly recommend him. He's won my business for the foreseeable future!
This company I thought was great till they sent me out in an unsafe vehicle to drive my son around. They did inner drive shaft. Told me my car was ready said I might need alignment. Left drive son to sitter. Car was wobbling got to work no transmission fluid left called they picked up then told me my car was rotten turned out was 6 inches from where they did the work. Wouldn’t give my money back was less then 12 hrs after repair. Then tried to blame weather and god. So they did not look into actual problem till it was too late. Thank god nothing happened. Car was scrapped next day. They do not do there do diligence. And to think they sent that car out. Could have killed somebody. So my suggestion would be to stay away. To bad they were nice guys. Local
