Visited this gas station multiple times and service is very good. Specially the old guy in the morning and the night guy Akshat, very nice service and specially clean washroom.
I recently stop here twice a week & very satisfied with the place and staff, especially Nitheesha. She is always welcome you with great smile, asking how's your day going & with all the good service...
I had an unpleasant experience with a female staff member today. She was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. The service was disappointing, and I hope management improves their staff’s attitude towards customers.
I visited the On the Run store at 1740 Bayly St. today (October 8, at 2:10 PM) and had an extremely bad experience. I planned to buy a Lotto Max ticket, and the lady at the counter (cashier )asked for my ID. I showed it to her on my phone, and after she checked it, she suddenly told me she needed a physical ID instead. If she required a physical ID, why didn’t she ask for it in the first place, instead of wasting my time by looking at the digital one? This lack of clarity and professionalism was frustrating. Management really needs to hire better-trained staff who understand how to handle such situations politely. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Aug.2 930pm. Wow, after many tries to use the vacuums, going in to ask if they take debit, being told no even though the vacuums state they do. At last, I go in again and ask if they work and the young girl said I don't know they are not ours..... Lol why are they there and who's responsible for them. I was VERY unpleasant.
