Took my car though the wash and drive across town to do some errands. When I got out I noticed my car still looked the same. On my way home I went back for a refund. Went in and explained and Attendant told me to park my car out front so he could look at it. I went back out moved my car thinking he would be waiting. Had to go in to get him. He rubbed his finger on the dirt, told me it was road grease, and I would have to get it professionally detailed. Never heard of that before or had my car come out looking the same as it went in. I rubbed my finger on another spot and said it is dirt. He was rude and refused to give me a refund or let me go thorough again for free. Told me to email his manager. First email back... Staff have been instructed not to issue refunds as we had too many people abusing our refund policy. New wash tickets are issued if the wash didn’t clean appropriately but my understanding is you came back over an hour later. If you raised the issue immediately after the wash the staff would have seen the lack of cleanliness and issues you a promo wash. Notwithstanding the policy the owners have set, next time at the store show them this email and they will issue you a complimentary wash. Sorry I was out doing errands and noticed the next time I got out of my car. Why would I want to go though again? After another email request still no offer for a refund. All in all bad customer service. Oh and when I tried to back my car out after showing the attendant the car a Brinks truck had blocked me in.
⸻ Never get a car wash here. This is the second time I’ve had issues. The wash stopped halfway through, and I was refused both a refund and a replacement wash. Absolutely horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere if you want to get what you pay for. *Stay away*
The cashier is rude. I was stuck in front of the car wash with cars behind me and he refused to help. I had to get the cars behind me to reverse so I could exit. Horrible customer service. Disgusting.
Gentleman working tonight was just rude ready to leave and go home didn't want to sell anything says open 24 hours and after he decided to molk me as I was leaving in my uber fire this idiot
This is my local gas station and I only come here for the drive thru Starbucks. The only annoying thing is, it's hard to get back onto Liverpool road, you have to go all the way around on Bayly.
Pulled up just for gas fill up Well located, adjacent to Pickering Go Station Evening time gas price lower than most surrounding gas stations Starbucks also on the premises
Awesome little gas station. Staff is friendly and it is very clean. It is usually the cheapest place to get gas. Also love the discounted car wash, hopefully it lasts for a while?
