I’ve known the young lady who works in evenings for about three years, and she’s truly one of the best employees Petro-Canada could ask for. Even though I moved to Scarborough last year, I still make the trip every week just to see her because her service is that amazing. She’s always friendly, polite, and goes above and beyond to help customers. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in her work. Petro-Canada is lucky to have her, she makes every visit a great experience!
This Petro is fine in a pinch. Location is convenient, but gas prices are high. The car wash is EXTEMELY aggressive. This is one of those old-school meat grinders that pretty much shakes your car with how hard the brushes are. Super cheap but super bad for you paint. Conversely, this cleaned a lot more thoroughly than other car washes I've been to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend for gas only, but I prefer other stations in the area price-wise.
I would rate this place 0 star. The price of the gas is always 15-17 cents more compared to other gas stations around the area. Car wash horrible went here couple time due to its close to home convenient it’s not quality car wash it’s ok but then got one this week, sensor wash not working, cashier need to come in to guide me where to sensor for carwash to start thought that was not safe for her to go in. I notice water pressure was low then no soap came out. Drove away not checking if my car is clean. After work saw my car like this. Went back on my way home lady said she can’t do anything about it. I asked for manager said come back tomorrow morning which I did. No manager another cashier so basically 3 cashier spoke with ALL 3 didn’t help out.
I was denied washroom keys because I think the punjabi girl's shift was about to get over and she rudely said " it is out of service". We pumped the gas from this station and was still denied the keys. Its been second month this has happened with rude behaviour and very loud punjabi music.
They do not accept the Petro Carwash Seasonal Pass. Why? They claim it's privately owned. When I entered the store, a young lady looked at me as if I were the employee and she was the customer. I asked about the car wash, and she cast me a look of disbelief and said it was "privately owned." There was no greeting, no "hello" or "goodbye," no apologies, and no further explanation. I certainly won’t be giving any business to them after that experience.
The gas pumps had a problem whilst all pumps were in use. Seems like there was air intake in the pump I was using (as if I was done filling up) because it stopped every second. Also, I know all the pumps are drawing from the same well, but I could feel other people's pumps having the same pump issues at tandem. Now I remember why I didn't come to this Petro for over 5 yrs. Always something strange. Good (same) old customer service, though. Stoic and " Would you like a car wash" while it is snowing. Honestly, customer service was ok.
Extremely rude female employee. Does not greet back and has attitude problems. Does not respond well to any question asked. Highly toxic and very unprofessional.
