Paid $20 for the SuperWorks wash, mainly for the underbody wash, and it was a complete disappointment. The undercarriage was not cleaned at all — no visible water pressure, no spray, nothing. On top of that, the rear of the car was still dirty, especially around the trunk and license plate area. For a so-called “premium” wash, this is unacceptable. This wash feels like it’s worth $10 at most, not $20. Either the equipment is not working properly or the service is misleading. Definitely not what is advertised.
Horrible experience, cashier tried to rob me when I spoke up she was so rude and ask if I think she will get rich on my $5. She made me wait and balance her till and lo and behold she was over $5.00. Instead of apologizing for being so rude she continued to tell me off and told me not to go back there anymore. She should just be thankful to have a job, my money is valuable to me.
Don't even try to buy car wash or vaccum service, car doesn't get washed and vaccum doesn't work. When spoke to attendant he asked me to contact the 800 number as that's a third party vaccum. How is this even legal when you charge someone for service and when the equipment doesn't work they are suddenly not accountable.
Mr.Fahad deserves 10star rating. Very respectful to customers, kindhearted, outgoing... would give you the shirt off his back. Really does a good job here, very impressive, i take my hat off to him. Keep up the good work, Fahad!! We need more people like you, my friend.
I bring the limousine here occasionally to gas it up and wash it. The lady is very pleasant. I usually take the basics car wash and my company looks like a million bucks! Thank you for your service!
I did initially give this a 5 star rating and have since changed my mind!! The somewhat short woman in this establishment is extraordinarily rude. She talks very negatively about the customers that patronize the establishment. I overheard her talking to the elderly man who works there. Is this proper PR? NO!! The woman is a brown skinned woman with a lot to talk about, but absolutely nothing to say!!
Paid for a vacuum at Petro Canada; the machine was broken. Reported it, but the manager asked me to pay again for another machine. Poor service, not recommended.
