I visited this store today and I am totally surprised the customer service of this store is very bad I bought two tops from there and she charged me for three and within one minute I go back she refuse to return my money back even she knows that I just left the store and instead of saying sorry she was reacting to me rude and with attitude . Never going back there
I was waiting in line when the workers made someone go in front of me because she was offering a discount on fillers and Botox to the employees... When I confronted your employee they continue to cash out the women who were bragging about giving a discount on fillers and botox when there was myself and another woman waiting patiently to be cashed out when WE WERE THERE FIRST!!! Check your employees these kids you have working have no respect for the real paying customers. These young kids you have working make me never want to come back. If you let them continue this behavior you will lose your most high-value customers.
Similar to a previous review, I went in today and gathered a few items, only to be advised that fitting rooms are closed an hour before closing. At this point, it was just a few minutes shy of an hour. So disappointing as no other store does this. They also do not offer refunds so I left all of my items behind. It was really a waste of time
Went in around 6pm looking for many items. Told only 5 items per change room as per employee. Left 6 other items off to the side of the rack where I was told to place the items. Finishing up trying on the first few items and my items left aside got put away by another employee stating she thought they were put backs. Left immediately why am I going to re pick out the items and not even with any help. Strange way to drive customers away
Worst customer service ever. I wasn't even greeted coming in, and no one told me about the storewide sale. Also, I came in one hour before close and apparently that's when they're changerooms close! It was my first time asking to go into a changeroom after the lockdown, so I thought it was a new procedure in place at clothing stores. But I went to Dynamite right after, asked if their changerooms were open and guess what? The changerooms were open, one hour before closing time, so I really don't understand Sirens. I didnt end up buying anything at Sirens, even though I really wanted to, but because I couldn't try them on I did not bother. Just an FYI for any shoppers, make sure you get there early if you want to be able to try clothes on.
Always had a good time at Sirens. Amazing deals and sales. Perhaps improving customer assistance. Someone literally told me "I can't help you, it's time for my break. Wait for my colleague" I waited for at least 20 minutes.
The customer service was terrible... every one there had an attitude to them.. I like the clothes but the girls make me uncomfortable. If you want a good nice time shopping don’t go there!
