From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by a young man Don and assisted right away. Although I don’t know much about men’s shoes, he confidently recommended great styles for my boyfriend. He even upsold me in a way that felt helpful, not pushy which I appreciated as a former retail manager. His professionalism and customer service were excellent. Don is definitely a keeper. Thank you for the great customer service !
Terrible customer service at JD Sports Pickering Town Centre. The staff, especially the manager (Monique), argued with customers—including a minor—for a issue that was in their system. We found an item clearly marked for $30, but instead of honoring it, the manager blamed customers saying we switched the tags and caused us to pay $60 not what was displayed. Completely unprofessional attitude and zero willingness to help. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Was very disappointed when they tried selling me a pair of Nike Air Force 1's for OVER $100!!!! I remember back in the good old days when you could buy a pair for a nickel and a slap on THE back!!! I humbly tipped my fedora to the cashierista, and told her that I would NOT be returning to this location.
Siena was absolutely fantastic. The manager was amazing to deal with and the rest of the staff was very professional and worked like a family. I come from downtown Toronto to buy my stuff from here. Keep up the fantastic job.

An amazing establishment with a huge variety of shoes and with wonderful and helpful employees such as Jermaine to help me pick out amazing shoes and socks for sports. Must pay this place a visit!!!
Absolutely brutal customer service at this location. Staff were all standing around talking with each other paying zero attention to any of the customers. There were several customers in the store. I was there trying to purchase two pair's of $200 + pair of shoes. No one approached me for quite some time. Finally, someone asked if I needed a size of the shoe I'd been holding for a while. She came back and handed me one box and walked away. In other establishments, staff takes the packing out of the shoe's and loosens the laces for the customer. Then staff comes back to ask how they fit. The cashier asked me "did anyone help you today?" No one, unless you think the person just fetching a box from the back deserves commission. The owner of this establishment needs training sessions on customer service, especially if staff is being paid commissions.
