This Bluenotes is located upstairs in the mall where American eagle used to be. The store is always very clean and well stocked and they always have a sale.
Victoria IS THE BEST EVER! She’s so sweet and helpful and let me have a shirt off the manican in because it was the last shirt!!!! If I could I’d give her 1000000 star rating but I can’t so I’ll give her 5. LOVE YOU VICTORIA
I am just going to tell you about my experience with Bluenotes, and you be the judge. First and foremost, when shopping at Bluenotes ONLINE, please, NEVER pay with PayPal, because if you will have to return any merchandise, you will only be given a store credit, which I feel is an absolute BS. This is literally the only store I have experienced that has such an absurd and sneaky refund policy when it comes to paying with PayPal. I personally shop at Bluenotes nearly never, so getting a store credit was not at all an option for me. Also, when returning anything to Bluenotes you bought online, please, bring your paper receipt with you because your order confirmation receipt sent to you via email by Bluenotes does not specify your method of payment for some strange reason, and the checkout system at Bluenotes is so amazing that it doesn't load anything by the order number or show your method of payment, which would be why you won't be able to get a refund unless you bring your online order paper receipt with you. Basically what happened was I came to Bluenotes today to return about 90 dollars worth of stuff that didn't fit. When the cashier asked me how did I pay, I told her it was either AMEX or PayPal. She then typed in my order number into their system and it wasn't loading which was why I figured I had paid with PayPal, and which was how I found out about this mind baffling refund policy of only being able to get a store credit when using PayPal. After leaving with nothing resolved, I got home, called PayPal to open a dispute and to my astonishment I found out that, in fact I did not use PayPal when checking out at Bluenotes. The moral of the story is PLEASE, be FULLY prepared when going to return anything to this store purchased online because their overall system must have been created in 1970s and it simply can not not provide you with a 2025 customer service where everything is made simple and accessable. I will NEVER shop at Bluenotes again. Hope this helped?
**Buyers Beware** Purchased two items online and when received it didn’t fit. Within a couple of days I went to the store to return w/receipts and the store manager (named G) said she couldn’t refund me and that I could ONLY get a store credit. Meanwhile, the Scarborough store said they ‘could indeed’ refund it. What’s worse is that nowhere online or on the receipt warns customers that they wouldn’t get a refund. Get it together Bluenotes! Completely unsatisfactory and such a hassle. Won’t shop this brand again.
I've been going to blue notes for 3 years now and the manager who goes by G is the most disrespectful woman I've ever dealt with. Customer service must not be top priority at the pickering location..
I was really happy with the store. A pair of jeans that I got a month prior actually broke at the zipper. Brought them back but didn't have a receipt. They exchanged them with no haste at all. Nice to see stores stand behind their product
