SCAM ALERT – Avoid This Shop at All Costs! We bought a bukhoor burner from this shop on Friday, 5th September 2025 for $25 plus tax. It worked for only ONE day – then completely stopped. When my husband called back on Sunday to report the issue, the man who answered (not sure if he was the owner or staff) was shockingly rude. He immediately repeated some “non-changeable / non-refundable” policy – which we wasn’t even asking for. We didn’t want my money back simply asked if they could repair it or offer an alternative. Instead of helping, he rudely hung up on us This is not just bad service – it’s dishonest business practice. Selling a faulty product and refusing to even check it is unethical. ? Warning to everyone: If you value your hard-earned money, do NOT shop here. Their products are unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent. Many other places sell bukhoor burners – go anywhere else but here!
Very bad experience. The product stopped working within 24 hours of purchase. When I contacted the seller, he refused to take responsibility and said it was working when he checked. This is a very poor policy and shows no care for customers. The quality of the product is unreliable and the owner’s attitude is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from here.
Needed to buy some prayer mats in bulk & the 2 brothers who helped me, were great to deal with! It was my first time in the store and I’ll definitely be returning/telling my friends & family!
I visited this store for the first time a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it! The products are of excellent quality and offered at great prices. The lady working there, who I believe is the owner and is a hijabi, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The store was spotless and very well-organized. This has definitely become my new favorite shop whenever I'm in town! Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience at M and M Afghan Supermarket. The staff were incredibly rude, making the shopping experience unpleasant from the start. To make matters worse, their prices are outrageously high, especially considering the quality of their products. Many items seemed stale and overpriced. It's frustrating to pay premium prices for goods that are clearly not fresh. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to others.
I was visited on Eid today looking for Islamic clothing or gifts for my family, and the owner (lady) was constantly following me and looking at my every action. At the end, she rudely asked me if I’m actually going to buy or just looking for prices. I would not support this business after experience - please beware before visiting.
