We were very pleased with our purchase from end of the roll pickering. Jai and Hans were very nice and personable. Once our carpet was ordered and delivered to the store , installing it was quick and efficient. Very happy with everything. Will use them again and highly recommend them!
We were more than over joyed with the product and the service we received at End of Roll in Pickering. We went in on a Thursday, we spotted the colour we were looking for and the size of the piece was perfect for our recreation room. We purchased it that day and it was installed the next day. Excellent service!
Worst service i have ever experienced. Dont waste your time and energy on this store. Called them so many times for a carpet repair, every time they said they will get call back or send the installer but never heard back from them.

Really great service from staff named Zofia. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Asked us questions we didn't even think about (do you have pets, do they scratch at the carpet? ) She showed us all options within our budget (and was resistant to claws!) and really fast install. I've never bought carpet before, and she made the process so smooth!
We had End of the Roll Pickering do the staircase and full hardwood on our top floor of the house including rod iron pickets. We are absolutely delighted at the wonderful job that they did. They were extremely efficient and clean in their work. I never expected such an amazing outcome. The house has transformed into another level. The installers Andrew did a excellent job on the hardwood upstairs. Andy did a amazing job on the staircase.The staff at the store are very friendly and it was a very easy process for scheduling both the installers for the job. I highly recommend End of the roll Pickering.
