Wonderful collection of bags and boxes. Store is organized and clean.I agree that customer service is not good but you need to get the right person. There is one young Indian girl, ask for her. He is very polite and helpful.Every single time I go there I ask for her and she helps me to find the correct product. 5 star because of that Indian girl.
Staff is RUDE. Not helpful at all and so ignorant.. the actual store it's self is very well organized and well stocked. Hate going in there because of the staff.
I come here every couple of months to decompress. The store is always well-stocked and organized. I tend to visit after every holiday and at the end of the summer as I tend to find pleasant surprises in the form of clearance products. Pricing is reasonable for retail and even better if you need to buy in bulk. They have new designs and products quite often. I always look forward to my next visit!
