wait time is a lot need more employees i guess but fried fish is 10 per lbs and its really nice biryani is good too veal or lamb is not every day available
We were initially introduced to the food from Silver Spoon from a group lunch event at work. We have visited often ever since. It is a takeout restaurant with a great selection of hot foods from their display window. Everything is fresh and has an authentic home made flavour. The rice is long grain and light. The chicken pieces are tasty. The sauces are rich and tasty. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful and willing to explain the various dishes. When you get into your car with your food, the smells are so delicious you cannot be sure you can get home without trying some. Highly recommended.
Average food and WORST customer experience. Don't take their word if they say they've kept biryani or any other item aside for you if you call to order. They don't care....they'll say yes on phone but never meant to keep it aside. They just want you to come in and buy the leftovers from their counter. Happened several times with us. Never Again!!!
Very poor customer service. I went in there to get butter chicken (already cooked) and they took half an hour to get my order ready. Also Tasted really bad. Threw it all out.
Extremely horrendous attitude of the business owner. Very unethical. We had placed order on phone and by the time we reached there they had given away to someone else. Instead of apologizing they rather put the blame on us. They are surviving just because there is a dearth of Indian restaurants in that neighbourhood but I dont see them operating for more than a year.
