We had take out today for fathers day. My first time in this location, better than the other locations. Staff are so fast, store is really clean. Every one enjoyed the meal. Elly asked me if I can put review. Of course I do it. Your mark is 100 out of 100.
Yesterday we went for dine in and was a very busy Fiday there. This locations Staff and Elly are the best. Elly takes care of customer very good and professional. Everyone leaves happy. Here is my location for Greek Food.
Love the food and service at Mr Greek Pickering, it is great! My family and I eat here up to 2 times per month. The restaurant is clean and Mary Ann is very hospitable and has great customer service. Highly recommend Mr Greek Pickering!
Great food that came very quickly. They even called back after the meal to check that my specific instructions (wife has celiacs disease) had been followed--crazy considerate. Village salad and chicken souvlaki were both awesome. Thanks Mr Greek Pickering.
Popped in for dinner after visiting the Home Depot. My husband and I ordered gyro dinners and took a seat - lots to choose from, we were the only one's there. It certainly wasn't the warm welcoming atmosphere that they brandish on their website. It was a sterile cafeteria feeling and the staff weren't particularly welcoming, just two young girls doing their job.Salad was bought to our table promptly and it was fresh and delicious. The hot food came when our salad was finished, it was a large plateful of the usual items; rice, potatoes and gyro meat. Some of the meat was overcooked, but generally it all tasted good. We ate about half of it and couldn't finish the full meal, so took the rest home with us.As I sat there and looked at the hanging menu boards behind the counter it struck me as slightly odd that they didn't post their prices on the boards. I'm sure there was a price list somewhere, but it wasn't obvious as these big colourful boards with picutres of food get your attention right away when you walk in hungry. When I looked at the bill, i saw that we had been charged $18 for each meal. I was shocked, last time I ate at Mr. Greek the food was about half that price. I know that i can go to a proper restaurant and get a meal for the same price with proper table service, so I wasn't impressed. I looked on the website when I got home and found that they offer a lot more items than what is prominently advertised. It seems to me to be a very cheap trick to prominently advertise some of their most expensive dishes and hide away the lower priced items. Not transparent business practice.I understand now whey they don't make their pricing easy to find and I won't be going back there soon. It was good enough, but it wasn't good enough!
