Used to love this place and the food, but it has gone so far downhill... The service is downright TERRIBLE, takes forever to get your food and when you do the quality is POOR! the location is nice, the restaurant is clean and looks good but the food and service are horrible... If you want sushi go anywhere else besides this place! I won't be back again. Went with my girlfriend 3-4 weeks ago, waited over 15min before someone came to the table for our order, and then waited another 20min before our appetizers came... The sushi quality was so poor after the first rolls came, I asked for the bill and paid and left! Not once did the staff check on us and ask if everything was ok and when I said the food was terrible and wanted the bill they said nothing, didn't even offer and apology. Do not go here for good you will ruin your night!
I've been going to this place since it first open. It was really good at the beginning but you can see the portion sizes and quality has gone down over time. Went this past weekend and was rather disappointing to see that. One of the better places around but starting to change.... Boo....
Great overall experience. My wife and I went here Sat July 14 for dinner and we were impressed. Great prices, excellent fast service and the food was delicious and high quality. We will be back for sure and we came from downtown Toronto. This was better than a few of the other AYCE Toronto sushi places weve been too!
I will never eat here again. The lady refused to acknowledge that there was HAIR IN OUR FOOD. On top of that, because of the hair our whole table was turned off we send allThe food back. She comes back asking us to pay when in fact they should be giving us a discount for the food. we didnt even eat our moneys worth.. when I asked to speak to the manager, the waitress said they werent available and then accused me of not wanting to pay the bill. Never once did I tell her I was refusing to pay, I just wanted to complain to the manager about the poor food quality. DONT EVER EAT HER. Food is horrible and bland. Many better sushi restaurants around. Had to pay $20 for food we never even ate that had Hair in it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
Best AYCE sushi place I have ever been to. The service is just tremendous. They do not charge a service fee, but their fast and excellent service just blows your mind and you would not want to tip less than 20%. Ingredients are always been fresh and the food tastes great. A must try if you haven't tried their food yet. Prices are reasonably priced compared against other similar restaurants within the 10km radius.
