Great company and even better experiences so far. Lynda is my broker and I would 100% recommend her. She is so kind and friendly and also extremely knowledgeable. Its good to know that whenever I have a question I can ask Lynda and she is very thorough so I understand what my options are. I have been using First Durham Insurance company as my broker for many years. No matter for vehicle insurance or home insurance, they provide excellent customer service and support especially Susie He. Every time I call Susie regarding my insurance coverage, any changes, she always explains it to me in patient, more details and reply it in time efficiency. She is very well organized in paper work and related document. She provided outstanding strong support to the customer when we need it.I definitely recommend Susie to my relatives, friends who has home and vehicle insurance need.
It was so hard and very expensive for me to obtain insurance; I've been searching for a break for over a month. The members at First Durham gave me that break and found me the cheapest insurance quote with the most flexibility. I have had a very positive experience with First Durham. Lynda has been my broker for well over ten years. My home and auto insurance coverage is always explained in detail and on occasion when I call the office it is always a pleasant experience. This fall my renewal makes me particularly happy as my annual bill is actually lower.
I agree with the reviews from this Insurance Broker because I had a not so good experience few years back as well. However, it was all changed when Cheryl Perry took over from the person who I dealt with before.Cheryl Perry is amazing. She will help you and accomodate you as soon as you need help, even for a last minute changes. She has been our insurance broker for about 2-3 years now and I never had any problem with her. She is very kind, patience and understanding. If you guys need a different broker, I would definitely recommend her.
