I have been doing laser for over a decade and have found the best laser and person. Sharon is so knowledgable and you can tell she really knows her stuff. The laser Cutera Xeo is by far the top of the line. Had one laser facial and it has made such a big difference.Recommend anyone this is the best place.
Our family has been coming here since they first opened and we were assigned the nicest, punctual and professional Md. in Dr. Yamagishi! We have never waited in the waiting area longer than 5 minutes and receive return calls within a very reasonable timeframe. We live in Richmond Hill and travel 30-45 minutes specifically for Dr. Yamagishi instead of picking a clinic near us.
Just had some laser hair removal at Gates Medical. The technician was very professional, skilled and knowledgeable about laser treatment. The technician was able to make recommendations on the treatment based on skin colour, age and the amount of sun damage. The facilities are very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this place.
Dr Wylie doesnt care about his patients or their requests. Just whatever will make him a dollar. Booked a physical and waited months to get in only to be told i didnt need one. Got Sent for bloodwork and due to Gates Medical not anwsering the phone i had left a few voicemails that the appointment they had for me was no good and gave notice id have to call and to reschedule since they dont pick up the phone. Which was more than enough notice, then they sent me a paper stating i owed them or they'll send my files to another doctor of my chose. It sucks this place gets a 1 due to that as there are other professionals that work there and it is a well kept place but Dr Wylie is far from one. If youre looking for a doctor that actually has passion and cares about his patients steer clear of Dr Wylie. I only go to the doctor if its serious as well, i was advised to book the phsyical by them only to be told i dont need it come time of the appointment. I find that odd and very unprofessional as other patients of his have no problem being prescribe one thing after another if it doesnt work, but someone who was trying to get their health under control and doing what they recommended had to experience that.
I have been a patient here for 10 yrs. One of the best run practices, I have heard so many horror stories of my friends waiting for hours in the other practices but in here they manage the time par excellence, never a wait over 5 minutes.keep up the good work!
