To whom it may concern,I wanted to remark on the very positive appointment that I had with Jay on Fri. May11, 2018. I found Jay to be not only pleasant , and patient in dealing with me and my inquiries regarding the CPAP apparatus but also he was very knowledgeable and spent an extraordinary amount of time. I've had dealings with about a dozen CPAP clinics over the years and this is by far the best one. The customer service is simply on another level. These guys truly take care of you. What I love the best about this place is that instead of pushing for you to buy the most expensive product, they suggest a product that's truly the best fit for your unique needs. They are not in the profit-maximizing business, they are there to help you and care for your needs.
