my nutritionist made me feel comfortable and was friendly with me, if you notice the receptionists rude on arrival but I definitely have a good experience from my dietitian daysi.
If giving 0 starts was possible this would’ve been 0. Not much problem with the front staff, but my NP is very useless at helping with my concerns. She will be very quick to dismiss and brush my problems off by saying that I am “overthinking, stressed and need to relax, drink more water, get more sleep, less screen time, etc.” or will simply just tell me to take advil and tylenol instead of helping to address what the root causes are. Thanks to her quick and dismissive attitude, after five separate appointments, where at one she made a remark of saying “to stop googling things” when I brought up some possibilities, well how about she does her job so that I would not have to resort to googling up my symptoms in order to get any clue of what is going on with me; I had finally received a referral to a specialist knowing it would take months before I could actually have an appointment with said specialist. Due to her lack of care it took an extra month before this referral was made, and funny enough first appointment at the specialist I was immediately diagnosed with a chronic illness. Even before seeing the specialist I was suffering from the chronic illness (which I was not known of until the diagnosis at the appointment with the specialist) and had to wait extra time as my NP loved to tell me what I was going through was not real and all in my head. Every time I am suffering with anything I now go to a walk-in clinic since my NP is of no help and will not take my pain seriously. Would recommend going to walk-in clinic as well for you because being treated like this by what is supposed to be your primary care provider is not at all okay. I would’ve switched primary care to somewhere else if anyone is taking new patients but seems like there is a general shortage, so I guess I will stick to the walk-in clinic and stay away from my NP as much as possible.
Brutal receptionist. Receptionist very rude and need to be replaced with someone who understand people and are empathetic. They do not have courtesy for you. Doctor Tara King ran behind her schedule. 45 minutes plus wait time and still waiting with no anticipated wait time provided. Receptionist said it is up to me to keep waiting or leave. Even though explained that I can’t sit long. I even saw that she was making face of the other client complaining about wait times and whispering to other receptionist. I guess they do not have privacy act applicable to them.
They don't send all the information needed for prescriptions to my pharmacy meaning I wait literal weeks to get what I need, on top of that over the couple of years I have used services here when I call I have been Immediately hung up on for literally no reason. It is frustrating and insane
I have been going here for years !!!!!!!!!! And my doctor is amazing. Dr. A.B is such an amazing doctor. And I am so happy that my family get to call her their doctor as well. This place overall has amazing staff and clean , welcoming environment !
Friendly staff and adequate NP and therapists to serve the family.
