Betty is one of my favourite people! Great cut everytime! Does her absolute best to accommodate your needs and desires. Always a friendly shop, look forward to relaxing and leaving it all in Betty's capable hands. Make an appointment and you won't be disappointed.
February 28, 2018I am extremely disappointed the owner of the Salon was so rude to me she even used the f.... word. How can somebody stay in business with this kind of attitude. She is Chinese perhaps not speaking enough English to understand what people are saying to her but she has no right what so ever to speak to anyone like this. I just asked her a question with please and thank you and her respond was the f..... work. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE! She doesn't deserve customers! Maybe she is from a different culture but in Canada we just don't use the f..... work not on the street, not in business not even at home.

My favorite salon...ever. I've been going to Betty for the last 13 years and have had nothing but great customer service. She genuinely takes care of her customers and always ensures they leave happy.
It is always a pleasure to visit Betty. She does a fantastic job on both my hair and nails; she never disappoints.
