I made an appointment two weeks prior in order to get a haircut for an event, the main barber Jason decided to take the day off and miss all his appointments for the day, no email notice through the booking service was put out, drove all the way from Oshawa only to find out he wasnt in, terrible service dont recommend them at all
love that you book your apt ahead so not wasting your time waiting. Great service & cuts!

Was referred here by someone and was actually excited to have found a barber so close by. Unfortunately, they didn't seem as excited to have a potentially new regular customer. I walked in and the places was a zoo. Not a big deal but when a "walk in" client got service before me (having booked an appointment and already 20 minutes of waiting), I was pretty disappointed. It seemed like the "walk-in" customer was a friend of the barber I had booked with. I was told it would be another 15-20 minute wait so I left. Unfortunate for them as my family would have brought them a lot of business.
