Went for a hair cut earlier today. Was welcomed by the receptionist. I explained and showed one of my pic to the Male stylist to understand my expectation. Hence he did cut my hair too short . I really don't understand that why some one does not even understand " a show and tell " direction even though I am paying a decent price to get a cut.Regards,
Sarika was so kind and amazing! Came in not sure how short I wanted to cut my hair and she was very kind in asking between each step if I was comfortable with the length. Gave me an amazing hair cut and great service!
Sarika deos an excellent job on my eyebrows and dealing with facial hair in general. She is very precise with her work and gave my eyebrows the shape that it needed. If you are going to trust anyone with your eyebrows, trust her!
Great service from the entire staff! Everyone is really nice and they like to get to know their customers. They actually know hair so they will tell you what will look good on you and what won't. I usually ask opinions and other salons don't usually give anything great. I will be going back!
Was a long time customer for hair and eyebrows .One of the estheticians gave me a price of $25 for threading and tinting, and then proceeded to charge me $30 for each subsequent visit. When I finally noticed, and brought it to their attention, I was told that she had no memory of ever offering me the cheaper price, and that it was my own fault for being over charged because I didn't notice right away. Even though it's true that I should have noticed that I was being over charged, they did not offer me anything by the way of restitution. I was simply told that I was making it up and that it was my fault. Never going back, mainly due to the horrible customer service and the dishonesty .
