Had the worst experience dealing with the owner and his staff. Wouldn't listen to you properly and do stuff at their own convenience. Reached out to them for some cushions for our patio chairs and even brought the chairs to their place for exact measurements. The measurements are out and the sofa thickness is too much that it ruins the beauty of the chairs. For our indoor dining bench we went there in person and chose a colour after so much struggle with the not- available ones and eventually they decided to do it with their choice of colour without even calling us once to ask if its okay. Very bad customer service from the lady at the front desk. Also all their services are overpriced. Learned our lesson and never going back!!
Unfortunately, we had taken our leather sectional to picov to have new foam and the sagginess fixed when we got home, the piece of our sectional was terrible. I took it back and they said they did what they could do which wasn’t much and the foam doesn’t even go all the way to the back of the one cushion, or does it go to that side of the end cushion when I first took it there and he said it was ready but he asked me for an extra hundred dollars because he said that the the back cushions were kind of bent back and he wanted to straighten it, which I agreed to do it’s not a big deal because you don’t see it but at the back of the main sofa, you feel the edge of the foam . He told me that the middle part of the sofa was too stretched to fix, but like I said the foam did not go all the way to the back of the seat. I had someone else come out and they told me that it was a terrible job but they convinced me to keep it this way for a few months. And really think about it. The repair for this sofa is $1000. Any one that asks me for a referral definitely will not get one from me. Just a side note he did scuff the leather on the back.

Excellent job reupholstering large loves eat & couch & great price. Staff operated safely during Covid picking up & dropping off furniture & lifting it to the right spot in our living room. My sister & brother in law referred us to Picovs and we are glad we followed up.
We have used Picov's twice now and will NOT use anyone else. Staff is friendly, their workmanship is top notch and their prices are so reasonable. Thank you Kerry and all your staff for making us happy furniture owners.
Last year I took a Gibbard Black Walnut Dinning Room set from the 1930s (my Grandparents) for refinishing. Yes it did take a lot of time, however the work was stunning and we are constantly complemented on how it looks Should be around for another 90 years. Today we took some cushions for out door furniture to be copied with new materials. Viewed the material being used and we will get Canadian made with Canadian product. It will be better quality than you could hope to buy in a big box store and for a reasonable price. Will most in a couple of weeks with the results.
Its been 2 months waiting for a fabric to come in. The fabric was "in stock". We paid up front so now that he has our money there's nothing forcing him to get the job done. I called to get an update and there is no record of our invoice. This guy is a crook.
