Needed a simple double box spring. Went in on Saturday September 8 and paid for it. They told me shod be in on Thursday September 13th and they would call. No call so gave it the weekend and still no call. Went went into the store and it was in but they did not have anything to tie it down to my car (which is on me) but they offered free delivery. I have been it is now September 26. I have been give 3 dates and still no delivery. They called me for my address at 630 and said they are on their way - I live 15 mins conservatively from the store - it is now 7:44 and when I called the number of the delivery guy they hung up and I called back and the straight to answering machine.... Called again. They said 15-20 mins. Let's wait and see.
I had a terrible, terrible experience with them. Bought a couch and love seat, which came weeks late due to several multiple factors that were "out of their control". A manager, named Randy, was super dismissive and rude to my wife and I in-store when confronted. The delivery crew are college kids with ZERO consideration for personal belongings. Muddy hand prints were left on my walls, salt from their shoes all over my living room, scraps all up my staircase. They literally rammed my furniture through the door when I told them it wouldn't fit and to take the back way - they didn't want to hear it.Weeks after I posted a review, I get a call ordering me to take my review down because it's an unfair assessment. His tone of voice was threatening, which I don't respond to, so I just laughed and said it wasn't happening. They offered me $200 to take it down. Bribery! They tried to bribe me! Unreal business practice. I've never felt so violated by a business in my life.
The quality of the products is very very nice and that matter of fact is that the prices are much lower than other decor stores. Will suggest everyone to once go and check this place. Loved my experience.
We bought a 3 piece sofa set for our living room as well as a dining room set for 8 back in September 2017. We are very unhappy with the service provided and will not use them again. They delivered the furniture without protecting the floors and scratched my wooden floors. The base of the dining table was sticky and would have damaged the floors if we had to set it down as it was. The delivery guys took no care whatsoever to ensure that they did not damage the home. The living room set wad only delivered in part with one incorrect chair being delivered and no cushions. We are still waiting for the single seater to be delivered. We had to pick the cushions up ourselves and that took multiple visits and numerous phone calls. We gave them many opportunities to rectify their mistakes. They don't appear to care once they have your money. Sad!
The owner or employee was saying all the time: "I dont have time, I am too busy". First I though OK it may happened even it is not my problem, but when I came second time to pickup matres he didnt want to help at all or to wait me to fail car seats because he doesn't have time... It is quite rude, I said than return money if you dont have time, and he said it is too late and just run inside..!!!!
