Great experience right from the first moment we walked into the store to today taking delivery of our finished sectional! Both Kim and Nadeem were attentive, asking questions, educating us on the brands they carry and their local brand made right here, canadian /locally manufactured, the fabrics, fills, everything. In working with them we got to design what we wanted for our space. I will even say reasonably priced as a competing 'name brand' for something similar NOT locally /canadian manufactured was more expensive and therefore supporting 'local and canadian made' was the difference for us! Thank you Cozy Living for providing us a great experience and a wonderful piece of furniture that we will enjoy with our family!!
Amazing service. Great team! I was scared to visit this place looking at their reviews. I am not sure why it's this low. The variety of stuff in the store is so good! I met with Al and he was extremely nice! I'll be back to buy more!
Saema was knowledgeable and wonderful at the store and the delivery men were fabulous. On time, exceptionally helpful and lovely to deal with - even when making a delivery to our cottage, on an island, in Lake Muskoka! We highly recommend Cozy Living Pickering and their delivery service.
Quality, selection, price and service! Cozy Living has it all. Al and Saima walked me through the showroom while chatting about the vision for my new space. They had everything I needed and more. I am so thrilled with my new sectional and kitchen table. I will definitely be back for more great furniture pieces. The great service continued with the delivery and set up. They were quick, tidy and knowledgeable about the products. They inspected and placed the furniture like it was their own. And they took the packing with them. Ok, i am gonna leave another review just to reply yours. first, you offered 11000, I asked nicely if 8000 works, how come that's ridiculously low? if you dont like my offer, you could just say no instead of asking me just go Walmart. if you dont remember, ask your employee! Don't play victim on internet for your rudenss attitude instore! I live in canada for more than 10 years, i left reviews only if i think its nessary. You can check your reviews, so many complain about your rudeness and poor customer services. Learn how to treat your customer nicely if you wanna my advise! good luck!
Nadeem and his staff were extremely helpful in our search to find the perfect sofa set for our family room. The showroom has a large selection of furniture and accessories for all rooms in the house. The delivery team was also amazing. They came on time and took care of all the details. You won’t be disappointed shopping at Cozy Living!
We just bought our new sofa and recliners from Cozy Living! We visited 4 different stores, and Cozy Living had the best selection, prices, and staff. The staff was very knowledgeable and made it a very enjoyable experience.
I had gone in to dispute an issue ( sales associate gave me unreliable and incorrect information on one of their products that I had purchased) in hopes to rectify before purchasing another item I was interested in . The owner wasn't in so instead the son of the owner came to attend. I left with the most distasteful experience with him, he was unwilling to recognize the fault of his associate and not even an apology for all the inconvenience to say the least. He had no manners as well, as his tone of voice was not pleasant to speak with. Although they have a selection of furniture, they run a very unprofessional business lacking customer service. No more of my business to them sorry. I appreciate business' that truly care about their customers and try to find resolutions to any issues. I am not a picky customer but this left me very displeased.
My husband and I have purchased a few things here and couldnt be more pleased with the service, quality and delivery! Their merchandise is classy and beautiful! By far my favourite furniture store and always my first go to place! I have no idea why there are negative reviews here because I have been there more than 10 times in the past month and the staff members were always very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you have good taste in home decor.
Recently purchased a new home in Brampton and went to Cozy Living Pickering to get all my furniture. Got my delivery today and I am absolutely in love! I got beautiful bedroom, family, dining, kitchen and living room furniture, plus accessories for the hallways. The delivery guys were very professional and had lots of patience. Saved a lot of money and I definitely got everything I could've dreamed of! Thank you Cozy Living I couldn't be happier.
Dont waste your time going anywhere else, go to Cozy Living Pickering! I purchased a living room set, a family room set, a dining room set, and 2 bedroom suites. Kim and Nadeem were absolute pleasures to work with and they were also very knowledgeable. Thank You Cozy Living for making my life easy!
Purchased a bedroom set d was told it would be 8-10 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks we stopped in at the store to ask and were told the receipt says 10 and it was done by her boss. To which we said that he told us 8-10 so we were just checking. She said my boss is a liar. At 9 weeks we were told that they were waiting on one more piece - the chest. 2 days prior they called to say everything had arrived and we schedule deliver for Saturday (today) which makes it exactly 10 weeks. We sold our existing furniture and it was picked up Friday night. Saturday morning cozy living calls to say that all they have is the bed and none of the other pieces. I went to the store and took my refund however thats 10 weeks of lost time to shop for their furniture, 10 weeks in which they took 50% of the payment (likely to keep their business afloat), and now we are left with no bedroom furniture other than a mattress and box spring until we shop for, order, and take delivery of a new set. Not even an apology or reason was given. The service has to be the worst in the industry. Given that the prices in that store are not cheap, the service definitely does not reflect it. I would be shocked if that store is a legitimate furniture store. Based on bad customer service, lies, and no products being delivered I am inclined to say that they are struggling for business and would be happy to use your deposit to help pay for business expenses.
