ordered a barbecue chicken dinner and was extremely disappointed. The meal came in a tiny container—about the size of one that would hold a hot dog—with only two small pieces of chicken and barely any rice. That cost $20 alone. I also ordered two medium soups, two dumplings, and an extra small portion of barbecue chicken (which was again just two small pieces). Altogether, my total was almost $70. The portion sizes have clearly been downsized by at least half, yet the prices remain the same—and no notice or explanation was given. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I even tried to contact Uber Eats for a refund but couldn’t reach a live agent, so I ended up paying for a meal that wasn’t worth it. I won’t be ordering from here again and it’s shame because I’ve ordered from here several times before and never had any issues. What a scam now.
Decided to check this place out while waiting for an event to start. Not the best atmosphere to pick up food as it looks pretty run down on the inside. The food on the other hand, was outstanding! Got the Oxtail and Jerk Chicken rice dishes, the food was stacked with lots of meat and great flavour. Highly recommend if you're looking for good Caribbean food at a comparable price. Hope to check it out again once back in the area to see if it's consistent with my first experience.
Constantly cancels order on Uber. No explanation. Sometimes 20-30 mins after order has been placed, wasting all that time. I am done. Never ordering from this place again
Price increase for large + new jasmine rice for rice and pease and soggy coleslaw. Possible change in management. Everytime i order a festival from this place its cold and hard.
Delicious food and Friendly service! It is always a pleasure popping in to see Kim. It makes such a big difference to walk into a pleasant atmosphere, and your server is happy to see you! I am always served with a smile?
Prices on ALL the items are WAY higher than other ethnic places. Ordered a red bean/beef soup. SO SO SALTY. Just ate a few spoons and threw the rest away. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Will not return.
I must say that the food is amazing at this location, I am pleased with the portion sizes and fresh quality of authentic flavor. Kim is an exceptional and accommodating staff that continuously welcomes you with a smile. This is my go to place for breakfast and brunch. Check them out kim is awsome.
