Today I visited Real Fruit Bubble Tea at Pickering Mall and ordered the Mango Diamond Slush with mango chunks. The drink was horrible. There were barely any mango chunks, and the slush tasted more like water than mango …extremely light and diluted. It was a complete waste of $10. Very poor quality.
Mango smoothie/slush (with milk) tapioca& mango chunks is my fav drink. The quality and taste is amazing. The size for the price also great. I never miss to visit every time even if I visit PTC for other needs.
My last visit to this location was about a month ago and everytime I go, it continues to remain as one of my favourite locations out of all the different ones. No matter who is taking my order or making my drink they’re always kind, friendly and welcoming! I always order a mango diamond slush, less sugar with homemade tapioca. Highly recommend this location because even when they are busy they always ensure to make the drinks really well… you’ll never be disappointed!
They never disappoint. Great quality, great service and great staff. I always look for them to grab my drink. My favourite is the diamond mango slush but today I got the strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca. It was delicious and you can really feel the fresh fruit taste. Excited to try other drinks and flavours.
Ok I’m picky when it comes to… everything lol. So when I say this place might just have the best boba in Durham, please believe me. I’m a fan of slushy roe smoothie drink with tapioca. Getting the right consistency is usually the let down at certain places. But never here. It perfectly blended and melts exactly how it should. Now why I couldn’t give 5⭐️. The service can be up and down. Some days I go, the person knees exactly what I’m asking for and allows me to customize my drink (I custom everything lol). But quite a few times I’ve gone, the cashier doesn’t even want to have a conversation about my order. I get the impression they want me to pick something from the menu and move the heck on. This is a huge no no for me. Second reason, and this might have a business explanation but why am I being charged extra for tapioca… is already a bubble tea, the bubbles are to be included anyway. I think it’s a shameful cash grab. But I also don’t own a boba tea… YET? Overall, it’s really good just overpriced for what it is. Give it a try. Let me know if you agree ?✌️
It’s hard to hear people through the masks but the guy working could be a little nicer about it instead of shaking his head and saying I can’t hear you in a rude tone. Customer service could be a little better
Decent smoothies for a hot summer day to cool you off. I would recommend the strawberry. Drinks can get a bit pricy if you're not careful on upsizing and adding tapioca, mango chunks, taro.
