Avoid the matcha, it's not fresh or good quality so it's a very dull green colour and tastes bad. I'm not a matcha snob, just an avid enjoyer and I could tell it's not pleasant
Amazing bubble tea. Also always a pleasure to chat with David when I come in. Very friendly staff, just adds to the experience while waiting for your tea.
Ordering is too complicated too many options and too many rules on sizes that are only available for certain drinks. Each order should not take 5 to 10 min . The staff were hardworking and courteous.
I’ve ordered from here a few times now and the service is always quick and friendly. Their tapioca is always fresh and chewy. One of the nicest locations I’ve been to. Love that they’re not using paper cups and straws here.
Bought a milk tea, didn’t taste good, asked them if they could change it and answer was no. Really? Good job with customer service you just lost a loyal customer.

This is my last time to give you my business. They replied me $0.25 for a bag. Ha ha. For that replied. I should take away the one star and give 0 star. Like I said other place give me a FREE bag ( also the competition give way more topping in the drink). Goodbye forever.
Ordered coco milk tea hot. Turn outs its warm not hot at all..and they even put a sleeve on my cup what?... .i like coco in oshawa ..more consistent and always got a hot really hot drink which what i need ....
