10/10 amazing service by Racheal! I wasn't sure what to get, and she was amazing in helping me make a decision. She made my drink just how I requested.
Staff was in the middle of my order and got interrupted because friend came in the store. Clocked out without finishing my order. Other staff noticed it after a while that there is cup there waiting to be filled.
I came in today (Nov 26) at around 3:40pm. It was really busy (over 10+ orders and people waiting) and there is only ONE employee working. I don't even blame the girl working at all, she was doing her best and stayed really composed and kind through everything and I felt really bad for her because other people were getting very impatient. (people were waiting about 20 min for their orders) Please hire more staff because that poor girl should not have to be doing all that work alone and be under that much stress. I hope this is not something that happens often because this is how you burn out your employees.
The management needs improvement. Went to this location to get the two drinks with the best friend bracelets and wasn’t told until after paying and receiving my drinks that they were out of stock. The sales girl was respectful enough to ask if she can take my phone number and offered to give me a call when they come into stock but I told her that is not her responsibility, it should be the managers to make sure if there’s a promotion going on they have the stock or have a sign posted saying OUT OF STOCK etc. The girl did a great job on making my drinks and she even went as far as apologizing on behalf of the manager but again, that shouldn’t be on her. Poor management. If anything that girl should be promoted
since this location opened in pickering i was very happy because i frequently get bubble tea from chatime, their drinks used to be consistently good before, but now i dont know if they changed their management or something, the last three times i got my drinks from them it was very underwhelming, the drinks were very watery, lacking flavour, i always get the passionfruit green tea or the strawberry passionfruit, and they dont put enough of the syrup which results for the drink to become watery, they also have been giving way less tapioca in the drinks, i have to literally ask them after they make my drink since they only put likr 10 tapioca balls. Safe to say i wont be going to this location anymore, i will be going to coco its a bit of a drive from me but atleast i will get what i paid for. Also, please retrain 2 of your employees that work weekday afternoon, they dont know how to make the drinks properly.
This place is honestly the best for bubble tea in the Pickering area! Drinks and service are always on point. I come here a couple times a week and it never fails! Also is a great spot if you need to get some emails/work done and enjoy a nice drink! I really recommend their coconut dragon fruit drink or the mango green tea are my go to!
I ordered 4 drinks for pick up today and one of the drinks was the Handcrafted Taro. My son loves Taro bbt, but when he took a sip of it, he hated it! I tried it myself and it was really weird and has a flaky/powdery texture to it. It definitely doesn’t taste like Taro drinks from other bbt places. However, the two Chinese ladies working there was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for making a new drink for my son! ??Otherwise he would be so upset. We will definitely come back again.
