The man driving this car today almost hit me, and then proceeded to flip me off, go way over the speed limit, and tailgate every single person he was behind. He ended up merging into the bus lane in front of the Pickering town centre to illegally pass everyone. Someone tell this guy to slow down and especially not flip people off in a company car..
Unimpressed with the service. I am a diesel generator technician. I asked for a couple different sizes of rad caps. But was told they need a make model and year, no you don't. you look at them, see they are different sizes, and would prefer 7psi. We'll i need the vehicle information for that. No you don't, the pressure is with either stamped or printed on the cap. Well that's a lot of work, I can help That's not allowed and that's a lot of boxes to open. So your not going to sell me parts because opening boxes and looking at rad caps seems like a daunting task... I've never had this issue before at other parts suppliers, even other partsource locations. Incredible
Had the best experience at this branch! Stephanie and Adam were amazing and really helped me figure out my rear window wiper! Right from finding the right size to coaching me to help put it on! Perfect and exceptional service! It was truly a team effort and I am so glad to have interacted with them!
This was my visit to the store. I liked the way it was so nicely arranged, every product is placed where it shouĺd have been. Staff here are very professional and humble, they know how to talk to their customers. Price is at lower side as well. I recommend it for auto parts need for sure.
I came in with a photograph and VIN number in hand for a part. Counter help was rude and condescending. Wouldn’t help for searching for the part I wanted to order…
The store looks empty, this store use to be my go to store due to its service but not anymore as I recently had a bad experience in terms of the product exchange policy. Definitely will try another store for a better service.
