Recently visited this auto parts store and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The place is genuine and trustworthy, offering competitive prices without compromising on quality. The staff are friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Worst customer service ever. Not sure if the owner or manager is around, but the dude answering the calls, gets on to say "hold" and then doesnt come back. He's done this multiple times when I've called, including others that tried. Dont bother wasting your time here.
⚠️ WARNING – SCAM SHOP! This place is a total scam. Me and my friends bought parts from here more than once, and every time the parts stopped working after just a day or two. The prices might seem cheap, but the quality is garbage. They sell you faulty parts, and when you try to return them, they blame you and refuse to take them back. Even the reviews on here look fake — I’ve seen them ask people to leave 5 stars in exchange for discounts or free stuff. Don’t trust the reviews, and don’t trust this shop. They’re scammers and dishonest. You’re better off ordering from anywhere else — even sites like Temu are more reliable. Do NOT buy anything from this place. Stay away. Total rip-off.
I needed an O'ring to replace a failed one. They were very helpful and went out of their way to help me. Most stores would not go to this extent, especially for such a small product. I really appreciate the service and will be using them for all my future autoparts needs.

First and last experience at this place. Placed an order for some parts for my caravan... asked for a thermostat, they sold me a used repair kit.. went to another auto part store, got what I wanted, went back and the sales representative was rude and got mad that I went elsewhere to verify what I knew, that it wasn't what I asked for.. just wow
Terrible experience at my auto parts, the staff constantly upcharge all the products and will tell you a different price everytime. Just ask for the part they would bye and see the price difference yourself these guys will do anything to scam you. Terrible customer service and should be shut down.
