I'm not a fan of the vet at all but because of this clinic and vet I'll be a regular. The love and compassion my cat received was on another level. She felt right at home as did I. Not only did they save my cat they made the whole experience positive. I was educated so I could make an informed decision. I felt like they love all animals, this is not just a job to pay their bills, it's their passion. Try them out you won't be disappointed.
My dog has had dental issues since he was a pup, so I know when he has a rotten/loose tooth. I decided to come to this vet since he's so close and was rated well, and it's the biggest mistake I've made. I took my dog in to get a tooth removed...when I went to pick my dog up, I asked how many teeth were removed. The vet told me none were pulled and that the loose tooth probably fell out on its own. Now a month later I notice my dog licking and whining again, and to my surprise the loose tooth is still there along with a ton of tartar buildup. I was charged $500 for basic and poorly done teeth cleaning. Do not trust this place.
Brock Road Animal Clinic is excellent. They helped me figure out a care plan for my newly diabetic cat. They were so helpful and accommodated my schedule and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!
