This place is great! We took our Jeep in to fix the transmission and they were very communicative and gave a fair price. At first we were very concerned with such a big repair but the team here helped so much and was able to fix it ahead of time and for a very reasonable rate.
Trevor was great in solving a supposed problem with my transmission. He zeroed in on the true issue and got it turned around in short order. Great establishment but even better human being. Would recommend dealing with transmission depot a thousand times over.
You have to love a company that fixes your vehicle quickly without any surprise up charges, unlike many dealerships. Even giving tips to avoid possible future issues with the used vehicle I just bought. Thanks Trevor
Trevor is amazing!!!! Took my vehicle many places and everyone had a different price and problem but never fixed the problem. Mr transmission even said I would need to replace transmission and then take to Mercedes to program. (not even what was wrong) Took my suv to Trevor and he fixed the problem, Was fast and for a great price. Very honest and kept me involved the whole process. These guys took on an odd-ball project for me that other shops didn't even want to touch. They were patient with the circumstances (I supplied internals for a transmission but forgot bearings) and came in at a great price. Highly recommended
Trevor was amazing! My daughter's car transmission went out on the 401 late one night, he diagnosed the problem, coordinated the warranty work with the Ford dealership and kept in contact while the part took 9 weeks to arrive, as we were 5 hours away. Highly recommend - he was extremely honest, went way above what he had to and was amazing to work with!!
