Customer service is VERY poor. Went to buy flowers, the employee said that she has to leave at 8 pm, even though I was there at 7:40. She did go and advise courtesy desk that I am waiting. I waited for 10 minutes. But nobody came to help me to wrap a bouquet of flowers. Went to speak to a manager, they were too busy. And I use to shop here couple of times a month. Not coming back.
It's fine. Seems like there's only 2 or 3 registers open. but they always have what I need
Pretty decent. I notice their prices are slowly coming in line with their competitors.
Excellent selection, great produce & bakery. A bit expensive! Staff is average. There can be a packed store & they REFUSE to open more check-outs. Why do these stores build 10 check-outs when there NEVER OPEN!! . I stood in line for over 12 min with a cart full of GROCERIES. I should have walked out. I won't go back here.
A quick visit, not a full shopping day. Service was excellent as usual.
