Having a hard time figuring out what to wear for your outfits or comfy shoes for daily walking? Well I know this place always strives to meet all your needs. Haven’t dealt with every worker there but the ones I have always made sure to help out with shoe sizes and make sure you take your time choosing, all shoes were always clean and never had any bad product

This store was very clean and organized. I would love to give Sharu a 11/10 if I can. She was very patient and very helpful. I asked for maybe 10 different pairs and she had NO problem grabbing them for me.

If I can give negative star I would. To make long story short. This is my third time trying to get the correct size and color from soft moc website. Both times I kept getting wrong orders. I contacted your call center on June 19, 2025, where I was advised I can change my item for the correct color at the store location without any hassle. I had to drive out of my way to Pickering location. The girl at the cash register brought me the correct color and I agreed to the exchange.  ONLY EXCHANGE NOT REFUND. When the cashier printed a receipt to for me to sign, I signed the receipt and was about to leave when the cashier said she was not done, that receipt that I had signed was for returned and the funds will be going back to my credit card and she had to repurchase the item.  I was fine with repurchase until the cashier said I had to pay extra.  I asked her why do I need to pay extra money, since it was a straight exchange. The cashier was not able to give me an answer. I asked for a supervisor, Mary (assistance manager) came out.  Mary did not greet me or look in my direction or smile.  Mary said looks like you used your points and now you have to pay extra because of the points are not there anymore. I advised Mary,  this should not matter since it was a straight exchange.  I asked Mary if she can call her manager or customer care to assist with the situation.  Mary said no. I advised Mary, if she is not able to help me with the exchange, I will like my item back that I walked into the store with. Mary said she can not give me back my item as she already processed the return. I asked Mary to cancel everything.   Mary still said no and she still cannot do anything about it.  Mary did not care about the situation; no empathy, she was rude and did not want to offer any solutions. I advised Mary, I was not going to leave the store without my item.  Mary called the security. Mary told the security to have me removed from the store.  I was scared because I did not do anything wrong. All I wanted was my item back. I was never had this situation in my entire life. I did not know what do, so I wanted to record on my phone a video in case the narrative was communicated incorrectly. The security guys said no video to put it away or I will get arrested. I asked for Mary last name or ID number she said no.  I asked for the cashiers name,  Mary said no. Mary said she does not have to give anyones names  As a manager I hope she went through a customer service course.  If Mary is not able to simply resolve a customer issue s should not be a manager. I am really disappointed the way Soft moc treated me. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Changing my previous 5 star review to 1 star review. I have shoes that are tight now because I can’t return them. If I literally bought them a day ago and they were uncomfortable on my feet id hope id be covered under some warranty if not a return due to them being worn for a few minutes. Now im stuck with shoes i dont want. Also the manager is super rude. Her associate who is a younger man is nice but she never helps me find my sizes, and just continuously says unfortunately I can’t instead of showing me some other shoe options in my size. It seems like you’re better off ordering online because they don’t have half sizes or checking their inventory before going and doing their job because they’re mostly useless (excluding the younger nice man who works there).

The selection and prices are great, but the service leaves a little to be desired. Staff are very friendly once approached but tend to hide behind the cash if you don't ask them for service.

Amazing got my new nonslips for work there and they hunted down the only pair of 8's in all of durham region for me honestly they went above and beyond to help find them with 3 hours till work when my old ones ripped.

Horrible customer service. I went in looking for work shoes and found two pairs I was hoping to try on. Unfortunately the only girl working (reddish hair, glasses) was stood behind the counter talking to a customer/obviously her friend about college, work etc. for over TEN MINUTES! I was able to catch her eye a couple times but she made no move to help me, and it felt awkward trying to interrupt their conversation so I just left. I was the only customer in the store, a few people came in, walked around, and left with no customer service offered at all, not even a "hello ". Would recommend literally any other shoe store, or maybe a different employee
