Review: Very Bad Customer Service Experience I visited the store to return an item, but the staff refused and insisted on an exchange even though there was no issue with the product. Two days earlier, they told me to come back when the manager was available, which wasted my time and a 30-minute trip. When I went again, I was looking for another shoe to exchange and asked an employee a simple question. Instead of helping, he started shouting loudly, telling us to “take your shoe and get out if you don’t like it.” It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Other customers even started looking at us because of how loudly he was yelling. His behaviour made it seem like they were giving products for free, which is not the case. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I expected basic respect and customer service, but it was the opposite. I would not recommend this store based on how they treat customers.
The manager is extremely rude and dishelpful. She came around us and picked all our selected pieces in anger and then left. Other staff members were helpful but remained quite when she was yelling.
I had a wonderful experience with sales associate Aamilah. she was very efficient in helping me out and explaining shoe care to me. while they had a problem with the computers, she even demonstrated add ons (which I don't normally buy) but decided to give them a go this time around would recommend looking out for her if you're looking to shop at this location
I went to Aldo to get the rebel shoes I love it I asked Tash she helping me out .Great customer service.Tash and Freshta are amazing person they give me good advice.Love them I will come back to buy more and support them
Worst customer service. Manager was so rude and didn’t give me my shoe refund clamming that I wore it which was not the case at all. And the shoes was in the same situation as it was at the time of buying and it was completely clean. The only time the box was open after buying that shoes to saw my boyfriend and he didn’t like it so we decided to return. And also clearly lying that she was present at the movement I bought the shoes but I am 100% sure there was only one lady available and it wasn’t her. And she didn’t have any help at that moment. no matter how much you explain they don’t want to listen customer. And also make laugh with other people after arguing. NEVER GO TO THIS PEOPLE.
As previous reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is appalling at this location. Clearly management has not taken criticism seriously and the employees continue to provide exceptionally poor customer service. My mother and I went into the store and were not assisted, the 2 employees were too busy chatting away as if they were customers themselves. I was forced to interrupt their engaging conversation to ask questions. Your employees are indifferent and uninterested in working at your store. You lost my business today as I decided to purchase a bag from Call it Spring instead.
Ordered shoes online with @ALDO_Shoes ... they sent me a response saying they can't fulfill the order... and it will take 10 days for a refund! #nevershoppingwithAldo Someone at @ALDO_Shoes messed up.. horrible customer services!
