Two dogs over 20 years, with plenty of friends referred and very happy for the referral. They treat the dogs like their own, and the owner trains many other groomers around Durham at times. Professional cuts for all breed requirements.
Don’t bring your dog here. If the owner doesn’t like your dog (which they didn’t like mine for whatever reason), they get shoved in a back room in a kennel with the lights off. Every time I picked mine up, it took 5 minutes to retrieve him because he was scared of the owner. I’d be remiss to not rule out Animal Cruelty from these people. As for the actual grooming service, well, it’s alright I guess, depending on who does it.
Manuela is great! Tracks and notes any tiny details we ask/like for our pooch. Been going for about 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Staff is always friendly too, which always helps!

We took our 4-month old Bernedoodle, Eden, for her first groom yesterday. As first time dog parents we were a bit nervous about what to expect given that doodles can be challenging to groom. We heard great things about Manuela and her team and were delighted to see Eden's super excited demeanor when we picked her up. Jessenia did an amazing job with the groom and Eden came out looking fluffy like a teddy bear. The great thing about this salon is that they include the whole works for the puppy (bath and tidy, nail trim, trim around face, ears, paws as well as a hygiene trim)! We are really happy about how the first experience went and will definitely be back for Eden's future grooms. Eden was so excited with her experience at the salon that she started crying on the car ride home!!
My Bouvier has been going to Manuel and her team for the past 6 years and they do a beautiful job. He gets soooo excited when I tell him it is time for a cut. They are gentle with him and take extra care with his sensitive paw. The facilities are spotless and the staff are very accommodating, I truly can't say enough!!! I’ve been taking my dog Juno to paw prints forever. I even make the drive from the west end of Toronto now that I’ve moved just for their services because they’ve treated us so well throughout the years. Tragically Juno was diagnosed with a tumour in her stomach, which would make a grooming quite hard because there is more risk involved. I feel the most groomers would’ve rejected us due to her being sick, but the groomer kindly reviewed the risks with me and decided that she would go ahead and do the groom. Juno being a shihtzu Desperately needed her hair done and I wouldn’t of trusted anyone else to care for her grooming in these hard times. Juno looks and I’m sure feels much better now and I couldn’t be more grateful that Paw prints has stuck through us through good times and bad. The team a paw prints are truly dog people, I wouldn’t recommend any other dog salon. Thank you again
