Cooper and Lucy love getting their nails, and baths and comb-outs! More like a play date, than a groomer day. The groomers are all extremely patient and professional. Their attention to detail what sets them apart from "big box stores", and they care about the dogs?
We have been going for years and always had a great relationship with the ladies however the new owners are so lovely, it’s very clean and my two boys Champ and Kobe have a special relationship with their groomers. Champ is a nervous guy always looking for his next treat. He’s spoiled. Love when they come home in their bow ties. Prices are reasonable, lovely people, schedule is flexible. We highly recommend LA Pet Grooming- we go every 2-3 weeks for services.
My dog Lily had a serious leg injury at home. After surgery was booked with my vet Lily needed a grooming. When I explained my concerns about having a very gentle grooming to ensure no further injury the receptionist recommended that Lily be groomed by the owner. When it was time for Lily to be picked up she was wonderfully groomed and happy. Now 4 weeks after surgery I brought Lily back to be groomed again. Lily again was groomed by the owner as her leg was still healing. Again Lily was beautifully groomed. I am very happy that LA Pet is cage free and that such gentle and special care was taken for her. I am truly grateful.

The grooming session was top-notch and I could really see the care and attention to detail that was given. I must also commend you on how impressively clean and well-maintained your salon is. My complaint is in regard to customer service. First of all the shop itself is filthy - no other way to describe it. But I used them because they were close to my home. However, the last time I went in the Fall, I was treated very rudely. They took off my dogs collar and leash ater they had walked him into the back room. When I went to collect him, the collar and leash were missing. They denied all responsibility for them, said they would not replace the collar and leash, pointing to a box with a sign in the reception saying they take no responsibility for articles left in that bin. I pointed out that the collar and leash had not been put in the bin. They then said if the articles were missing, It's because I'd taken them home with me. An assistant followed me outside to my car to search it for the missing articles. No luck. Eventually after denying all knowledge again and blaming me for losing my dogs collar and leash, I left with the dog. That night I got a call to come and get the collar and leash - someone else had taken them by mistake!!! When I went to collect them, I asked for an apology for the rude way they'd accused me of taking the articles home. The woman refused to apologise saying: "What for? It was an honest mistake." I will never go back there again and that place should be avoided at all costs. Especially if you want your pet to remain healthy. BTW my dog used to try and turn away from their door every time we went there. Animals tell you in their own way. I suggest you read all the one star reviews before you make your appointment.
great place my dogs love the groomers new owners are amazing I have been bringing my dogs since the 90s and this owner by far is the best not to say previous ones not amazing Organized clean “integrity”☺️
