I have been visiting this nail bar for little over a year now and I have only beautiful things to say about it. The workers are professionals, patient, funny and know what truly customer service entails.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this family owned nail salon! From the moment you walk in l, you’re treated like part of the family. My nail technician (Tina) is incredibly talented, meticulous, and always go above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling panned and polished. Her son Alex and T are just as amazing. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and spotless. It’s clear they take provide in every detail. From simple to intricate, the quality and care are unmatched. I’ve tried other salons but none compares. Higly recommended to anyone looking for top notch service with a personal touch !
The best nail salon in Pickering. I come here all the time for pedicure and manicures. Everyone is amazing and such a good job I’m always happy and impressed with the work. If you want amazing and fresh nails come here!
I must say Alex does such a good job, the staff are not just friendly. They’re very nice as well. Alex makes you feel very comfortable and gives you the best service.

I went for manicure and pedicure.A week later my nails was peeling. Was charged $80 even though my toes were not polished. I went back to complain and they started speaking in their language. I asked why were they not speaking English and one of the son started cursing at me by saying I am rude.The mother did not do anything about her son rude behaviour instead they were behaving as if I was wrong to ask why they were discussing my issue in their language. I had was to leave because I felt disrespectful and was about to have a panic attack. I Think these people are racist and would never talk to an another race that way. I would never recommend them to anyone else.My first and second experience was good until I went back to complain about a week after my nail fell apart.The sad thing I paid cash like they asked me to and didn’t have a receipt.Rude .
I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided at this establishment. Upon arrival, I was informed that my anticipated wait time would be approximately 20 minutes; however, I endured an excessively protracted waiting period of over an hour. To compound matters, I observed the staff attending to customers who arrived after me, while persistently misleading me regarding the remaining duration until my turn. Notably, there were available nail technicians who chose not to commence their work on me.
